Welcome to SmartHappyLifeAI. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Smart artificial intelligence devices for home use provided by SmartHappyLifeAI at smarthappylifeai.top. By accessing or using our services, info products, or goods, you agree to these terms.

• Digital learning materials and infoproducts
• Physical devices and accessories

3. Service Terms

SmartHappyLifeAI provides tailored AI integration services at your home. All service engagements are recorded via an agreement prior to commencement.

Service scheduling can be modified by mutual consent up to 48 hours before the agreed date. Transfer of service to a third party requires written confirmation from SmartHappyLifeAI.

If a service is explicitly marked as nonrefundable in the service agreement, no refunds will be granted due to the specialized nature of the task and scheduling commitments.

4. Infoproduct Terms

Digital learning materials, including guides, videos, and tutorials, are delivered via electronic download links. Access is granted upon full payment.

Access may be transferred to another individual if a request is made within 7 days of purchase and provided there is no evidence of full download or usage.

5. Goods Terms

Physical AI devices and accessories are shipped from Moosstrasse 2, 6003 Luzern, Switzerland. Title and risk pass to you upon dispatch to the carrier.

If a product shows manufacturing defects, you may request an trade-off or refund as outlined below.

6. Refund Policy

We offer different refund processes depending on the product type:

6.1 Services

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of service start. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

6.2 Infoproducts

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if there is technical failure in content delivery. Once content is fully accessed or downloaded, no refund is possible.

6.3 Goods

Physical products damaged during shipping may be Traded or refunded upon receipt of photographic evidence and sending the item back within 15 days. Refunds are processed within 10 days of arrival at our warehouse.
